本文选取了2013年沪深两市房地产开发与经营业板块的所有公司为研究样本,经过筛选共有92家公司。全文在介绍财务分析理论和房地产行业的基础上,构建了财务综合分析评价指标体系,通过数据收集,应用因子分析,对这些企业进行了深入研究,并得出了结论,提出了自己的建议。

毕业论文外文摘要Comprehensive Financial Analysis and Evaluation of Real Estate Listed Corporations Based on Factor AnalysisAbstract: The real estate industry is an important part of our national economy, which has determined the process of civilization of our country, even the modernization process, so it is of importance for us we to understand it fully. In order to understand the real estate industry better, we need to state from learning more about the real estate listing Corporations,because the real estate listing Corporations play the leading role in the real estate industry,which represent the comprehensive strength of the industry and theirs’development reflect the whole industry on the landscape. By researching them, we can find the problems and offer the corresponding suggestions. For this, this paper shows strong practical significance. In this paper, we selected all real esta

te coperations, which are in stock markets of Shanghai and Shenzhen and in the business sector, as the research sample.By selecting, there are 92 companies in the sample. Based on the brofe introdution of the financial analysis theory and the real estate industry, we set up the system of comprehensive financial analysis indexes. By collecting datas and using factor analysis, we depply research these enterprises and draw the conclusions and suggestions.
