Overthelastdecade,inordertosavecostsandincreaseprofitmargins,
transnationalcorporationsfloodedtoChina,India,EasternEuropeandotherlowcostcountriestopurchaseproductsorservices.Currently,itiswidelyused
setandthemostsuccessfulmodelthattransnationalcorporations
purchasingcenter(LCPC)topurchaseinthelowcostupalocallowcostrecentyears,countries.In
transnationalcorporationsmetthecontinuedappreciationofRMBandtheChinesellighinflationandhighlogistics
supplychain,itisacosts.WhiletransnationalcorporationsintegratedandimproveacrucialtopicofhowtoestablishLCPCinChina.
Throughthecasestudyoflocations,operationflowandframework,membersofAtransnationalcorporation’SLCPCinChina.Thefirstconclusionofthesis,mainfunctionofindustrialtransnationalcorporations’LCPCinChinaisservice--provideprofessionalserviceinpurchasingprocessinChinaforoverseafactories.Secondconclusion,inordertoimproveservicequality,LCPCshouldadoptprofessionalservicesbusinessmodel.Thirdconclusion,inordertoensureservicequalityofLCPCinChina谢ththelowestoperatingcosts,LCPCshouldbeestablishedinthecitywherecoincidentpointof4F(ValueFlow,ServiceFlow,InformationFlow,CashFlow)areawith
ordergeographicalcenteroftheindustrialsuppliers.Fourthtransnational
orconclusion,intoinimproveChinaserviceefficiency,industrialcorporations’LCPCshouldadoptprojectmanagerengineer
responsibilityofsystem.
Ihopetheresultsofthisstudycouldhelptransnationalcorporations’LCPCimproveoperationalefficiencyandachievelow-costsourcingstrategies.Alsohope
