5 结论
(1)我国大学生可就业能力包括8个因素:人际
关系、团队合作、学习能力、问题解决、社会支持、网络差异、乐观开朗、职业认同。我国大学生可就
业能力问卷具有良好的信效度, 可以作为未来研究
的测量工具。
(2)大学生可就业能力与主观就业绩效呈显著
的正相关线性关系, 与录用通知书数这个客观就业
绩效呈显著的倒U型关系。
(3)职业探索在可就业能力与录用通知书数的
关系中起调节作用, 职业探索高水平时二者呈倒U
型关系, 而职业探索低水平时二者没有显著关系。
(4)生源地在大学生可就业能力与主观就业绩效、录用通知书的关系中起显著的调节作用, 农村
大学生可就业能力与主观就业绩效有显著正相关, 而城市大学生二者没有显著相关; 城市大学生可就
业能力与录用通知书呈显著倒U型关系, 而农村大
学生二者关系不显著。
