【摘要】 目的：教学反思被认为是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心要素，是实施新课程教学的一个不可缺少的技能要求，也是提升教师素质和专业化水平的重要途径。本课题旨在研究小学教师教学反思能力的现状，并探讨提高其反思能力的策略，同时也为研究如何提升其反思能力提供参考。 方法：设计具有针对性的调查问卷和访谈提纲对教师进行问卷调查和访谈，通过分析调查和访谈所获得的结果，分析归纳出一些关于教师教学反思能力存在的问题和现实的情况，据此，提出一定的旨在提升教师反思能力的策略。 结果：调查结果显示：大部分的小学教师对教学反思有一定的了解，大多数的教师认为教学反思对提高教学质量有帮助，而只有小部分的教师有教学反思的习惯，只有一位教师把自己进行的教学反思进行记录。 结论：当前我国小学教师进行教学反思的现状不容乐观，教师进行教学反思的意识与能力不强，应当多加强这方面的理论研究与实践研究。

Abstract: Objective: Teaching Reflection is considered to be the core elements to teacher professional development and personal growth, and is considered to be one essential skill requirements for the implementation of new the curriculum .It can also enhance teacher quality and professional level. The primary task is to study the status of teachers’ ability to reflec teaching and to explore strategies to improve their ability to reflect, but also provide reference to enhance their ability. Methods: Design targeted outline of the questionnaire and interview survey of teachers and interviews. Through the analysis of the results, analyzed and summarized some ability to reflect on teaching problems and reality of the situation, whereby make certain to enhance the ability of teachers to reflect on the strategy.
