Landuseoptimizationisacomplexoperationsystemwhichinvolvesdifferentfactorsatmultiplescales,SOtheintegrationproblemofsystemsatdifferentscaleshasbecomefocusanddifficultyinlanduseoptimizationresearch.ThisstudywhichcombinedwithMAS
