教室垃圾现象调查研究

-以南京理工大学泰州科技学院为例

摘要：经过调查抽样，调查了南京理工大学泰州科技学院教室垃圾现象的严重程度，结合工作抽样的方法如正态分布，可靠度与精度，工作抽样观测次数n的确定，其中调查遵循了两条基本原则：一是保证每次抽样观测的随机性；二是要有足够的抽样观测次数，且在解决方案中用到了目视管理与5S管理、定置管理的相关原理，且充分体现了IE意识中的成本与效率意识，问题与改革意识，工作简化与标准化意识，全局和整体意识，以人为中心的意识，并在其基础上详细分析了该学校的教室垃圾问题，其中运用了5W1H提问技术，在结合抽样调查结果后提出了在全校范围内启动”零垃圾行动“活动倡议的相关建议。 关键字：工作抽样；时间调查；目视管理；5S管理；零垃圾行动
