例如: ① We owe your name and address to the Commercial Counselor’s Office. ② Through the courtesy of the Chamber of Commerce, we learn that you are in the market for Chinese silk. ③ We learned your name and address from the advertisement in the journal. ④ Having obtained your name and address from the internet, we learnt you are in urgent need of hardwares. ⑤ Your company has been recommended to us by the Bank of China. 2. 信件的目的:叙述清楚进口或出口的目的

例如: ① We are writing to you in the hope of establishing / entering into business relationship with you. ② We avail ourselves of this opportunity to cooperate with you. ③ We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you.

3.简要简绍你的公司:阐述贵公司的经营范围、从业经验、产品等等。
