Extensive business connections are very important for any firm to develop and expand their business activities and to increase sales revenue. In order to get in touch with the customers, businessmen could communicate with them by correspondence, telephone or online chatting tools; they could also invite the customers to their firm and conduct face-to-face negotiation.
1. Writing Letters on Establishment of Business Relations
Writing letters to establish business relationships with new customers is commonly used in modern business communications. Especially, with the rapid development of Internet, emails are replacing traditional letters gradually because of their convenience and high efficiency. Anyway, when it comes to the writing skill, there is not much difference between letters and emails.
