矮牵牛组织培养

摘要：本实验为矮牵牛愈伤组织的生根诱导培养，在总结前人研究的基础上选择在培养基中加入IBA和NAA两种生长因子。研究了IBA和NAA两种生长因子对及其不同浓度组合对生根的影响。选取生长良好的愈伤组织接种到灭菌的1/2MS和不同浓度组合的生长因子的培养基中，在25±1℃，光照2000lx环境中培养，结果表明1/2MS+0.4mg/LIBA+0.1mg/LNAA诱导效果良好，生根率为100%。愈伤组织的平均生根数最大，根最长，易于移植。

Abstract : The experiment is to induct the callus of petunias to root.On the basis of research results of predecessors,we diside to add IBA and NAA into the 1/2MS,researched the influence of the IBA or NAA and the mixture of the two growth factor mixed with different proportion.in the experiment,choose the callus of petunias which growth is good to vaccinate into medium which contain different concentration ratio of IBA and NAA and have sterilized.then put it into the culturing rong with the temperature of 25±1℃and light of
