Content abstract: in today's world is a competitive world, the enterprise in order to their own survival and development, must improve their competitiveness and the core competitive power. Human resources are the most important in all resources of resources to effectively play human resources in core competitiveness, the importance of human resources for the competition countermeasures to improve the enterprise core competitive ability to have the important meaning. Enterprise want to survive in the competition of incentive, stand firm, first to be their own people to have a correct methods of management, the enterprise the first resource elements is the human resources, is a the core competitiveness of the key, this into and improve enterprise human resources management functions and levels, optimizing the manpower resources capacity is the core. To strengthen enterprise resources rationally develop and utilize, is the enterprise of the most attention problems. This paper mainly discusses what is the human resources management and introduces what is the core competitive capacity of enterprises. Human resources management in enterprise core competitive ability can play an important role, how to improve the core competitive capacity of enterprises.
