SMEisthemostdynamicforcesinthenationaleconomyofanycountry,itsroleandstatusisnottobeunderestimated.Foralongtime,SMEhasmanydifficultiesinfinancingwhichrestricttheirdevelopment.Howtobreakthisbottleneck,thegovernment,academiaandindustrybecomemoreandmoreconcernedandlookforwardtoanearlyresolutionoftheissue.ThispaperbyanalyzingthecurrentSituationofSMEFinancing,expoundtheproblemsoftheSMEfinancingandthecausesofit,moreover,putforwardmeasurestopromoteSMEfinancingtosolvetheseproblems.
