Abstract

The3Dmeasurememtechnologybased

non—contact3Donstructuredlightisthemostpracticalmeasurementtechnology.It

anisimportantintemporarymeasurement,andisattachedimportanceto,iseffectiveapproachtosolvenon-contact3D

measurementproblems.Traditional

andcallcontactmeasuringwilldamageobjectsurfacenotmeasure

lineobject诚tllsoftsurface,but3Ddigitalmeasurementtechnologyupthebasedonstructuredlightmakeslimitationandcanrealize3D

measurementofanyobjectsurfaceshape.

Animprovedmodelingmethodisproposedforstructured -light--based3D

ameasurement,thinkingintrinsicandextrinsicparametersof

condition

paper3dsaprojector,andonthisnovelsystematicmethodisproposedforandprojectorcalibration.InthisMAXMatlabareappliedtothecomputersimulationstudy.The

onmainresearchcontentsare嬲follows:on1.Accordingtobasicprinciple3Dmeas,urementsystembasedstructured

light,inthequitetypicalinatpresentandapplicationquitewidespreadtrigonometry

mathematicalmodelfoundation,consideredthecameralensdistortionandtheimage

Skewdeformationinfluence,madetheimprovementtothemodel.

2.Inabove

reversioncameramathematicalmodelfoundation,projectorregardingasthecameramodel,obtainsthespatialpointandtheprojectingapparatusDMD

correspondencerelationsusingthephase—shiftmethod,thenimprovedcameraand

projectorcalibrationmethodintwostepsandintheplanecalibrationmethod.

3.Establishesthestructurelight3Dsurveysimulationsystemin3ds

calibratedinthesimulationsystemtoknownintrinsicMAX,and

theandextrinsicparametersofoncamera

objectandprojector.Afterusingthecalibratedsimulationsystemcarried3Dsurveyandtherestructuringexperiments.

4.UsingCCD

completedcameraandDLPprojectorestablishedmeasurementsystem,andtothecameraandtheprojectorcalibration,aftertheusecalibratedsystemII
