ItwascomparedthattheprocessesofseparationandpurificationofarenodirectrelationsbetweenabovetwoSFEoxymatrineinthemixedmatrine—typealkaloidsobtainedthroughthesecondextractionrouteandsolventextraction.Itwasconcludedthatmoresimplifiedseparationprocess,morepurifiedoxymatrineandmorestablecrystalcouldbeobtainedapplyingthesecondroute.Furthermorelessorganicsolventwereconsumedandtherecoveryofmatrine—typealkaloidsafterseparationcouldreach0.914%,whichwas4.5timesofsolventextractionmethodof0.212%.
Theoxidationreactionoftotalmatrine-typealkaloidswithsecondmethodwasstudiedpreliminarilyinthispaper.Theinfluenceofreactionconditionssuchasreactiontemperature,themolarrate
onofH202comparedtomixedmatrine—typealkaloidsandreactiontimereactiondegreewasexplorerd.
