ABSTRACT

Inthecourseofchoosingextractionmethodformatrine-typealkaloids,thefollowingthreeprocessrouteswereinvestigated:thefirstroute,SFEwithadditionofmodifier;thesecondroute,lipidsolublesubstancesremovalwithSFEpriortosolventextraction;thethirdroute,SFEwithmodifierfollowing

withSFE.Comparedwithsolventextractionlipidsolublesubstancesremoval

method,throughthesecondextractionroutethehighestmatrine typealkaloids

2.4timesoftherecoveryofrecoveryrateof1.96%hasbeenobtained,whichis
