发展职业教育还是普通教育_基于经济增长和教育(6)

业教育学校入学率的高低与一个国家经济发展的程度密切相关。在工业化发展迅速的国家,往往职业教育的需求也更大。中国的经验正是如此,在过去职业教育迅速扩张的同时,伴随的是年平均10%以上的经济增长水平。从政治方面来看,在中国无论是对于职业教育学校还是对于普通教育学校而言,政府都充当着极为重要的角色,尤其在财政拨款方面。

从国内外对职业教育相关问题的研究来看,重视/是什么0的研究,而缺少/为什么0的研究,或者说重/问题0分析,轻/理论0探究。即侧重于研究职业教育和普通教育谁对经济增长的贡献大,职业教育和普通教育谁带来的个人收益率更高,但在以下几方面研究不足:(1)职业教育与普通教育在人力资本特征上的根本差异是什么。还需要进一步准确界定。(2)一个经济体在其发展不同阶段,是什么决定了其职业教育的规模。(3)谁应该就读职业教育。如何提升职业教育劳动力的社会地位。如何让家庭根据教育回报自愿选择职业教育。m
