Abstract

MIS（Management Information System）is a information system that can collect,processing,arrangment and orderly storage the information of a variety of internal and external information of the production management of enterprise.MIS can provide enterprise to understand the required information more timely,exactly,completely and detailly.At the same time,MIS can make a further processing of information data that enterprise leaderships can make better policy decision of production,operation and management,and more rationality and scientific so that can make more value to the community and creat more chances to the enterprise.In addition,MIS can make enterprise’s management more scientific,rationalization, institutionalized and standardization,improve the management level into a new standard,and lay a solid foundation for the development of enterprise.

The employees' file management system is a typical of MIS,by this way,there are several adventages such as quick search,easy search,high reliability,large capacity storage,good security,long service life,low cost,etc.A perfect designed and stable operation employees'file management system can free of tedious traditional manual management,thus,the efficiency of employees'file management system can be improved,help enterprise better to complete employees'file management,and employees' file management system to be informational is an important part of overall management of the enterprise informatization construction.Therefore,it’s inevitable to use computer to manage employees'file,and it’s an indispensable work of personnel file management system of enterprise management.

This system on the archives management system structure, function module are analyzed and designed,in the ASP development environment,realization of employees'file information’s entry,search,modify,delete.This system from the needs analysis, system design, the realization of specific functions are strictly followed the software engineering design ideas.Friendly system interface,convenient operation can greatly increase work efficiency. In strict accordance with the norms of software engineering management so that system is stability,basic realization of the paperless office.
