The key technology research for brake system of
vehicles application of vacuum booster pump
Abstract
With the development of automobile technology, during braking of the Vehicles,
to enhance the braking effect, safety, stability and comfort, and reduce the driver's
operating strength, a wide range of modern automotive brake systems servo assisted
hydraulic brake, the vacuum booster - brake master cylinder assembly. Over the
course of driving the car, just from the traditional way, will the engine intake
manifold negative pressure produced into a vacuum chamber, because the engine
intake manifold vacuum can generate is limited, as in case of emergency needs
continuous braking, the vacuum booster vacuum chamber is often accumulated
negative pressure, insufficient to meet the braking requirements, so we apply a
vacuum to assist the vacuum chamber to provide sufficient vacuum.
The design of the main vehicle for the application of the brake vacuum pump
system design. Including the vacuum booster design and improvement, the brake
system hydraulic system design and research, the vacuum booster pump data
calculation and design, and automotive braking systems of electric control.
In the vacuum booster design, the reference to the single-mode vacuum booster
chip principle and structure of the vacuum booster in the single-mode chip based on
the three-dimensional design, and then made into two-dimensional cutting projection,
made out the final assembly drawing .
In the hydraulic system design, the main brake master cylinder on the structure
and size of the detailed design and calculations, addition, through access to relevant
information on the brake wheel cylinders, brake and load sensing proportioning valve
to the selection and installation.
In the vacuum pump design, the reference to the single-stage rotary vane vacuum
pump and water ring structure and principle of the two structures on the basis of the
integration and improvement of the final design of the dry rotary vane pump. And
