Primary level corporate culture, through managers refining, through advocacy, indoctrination, members shared experiences and lessons to strengthen, they form a more perfect system of corporate culture. In the management process , on the one hand , managers with the goal - institutional system and strategy formulation , implementation and control process to achieve business objectives pursued by the organization structure, rules and norms , staffing , to separate personal power integrated into the overall strength ; on the other hand , managers integration through values, ways of thinking the role of codes of conduct binding , the purpose of the enterprise , the pursuit and ideas into employees shared values, the formation of enterprise development , and other aspects of consensus on the meaning of existence . This shows that ,if enterprise wants to improve the level of integrity culture , the key is to enhance the cultural quality of the integrity of managers . Integrity and cultural qualities of the so-called managers that managers in dealing with the relationship between various stakeholders followed standards of integrity and conduct combined.

Companies must adhere to the contract based on integrity, in national policies and the extent permitted by law to compete and collaborate , conscientiously fulfill the treaty with the contract, the emphasis on credit , so that mutual benefit, in order to achieve mutual benefits and common development.
