Abstract：Basedonstatistics，thisarticlereviewsthepres-entstatusofdomesticstudiesoftranslationstrategies．Itisfoundthatthestudiesroughlyhavefallenintothreecate-gories：application-orientedprescriptiveresearch，interpret-ation-orienteddescriptiveresearchandtheoreticalrese-arch．Theprescriptiveresearchoftranslationstrategieshas

beencenteredonsuchconditioningfactorsasculturalfactors，textualfunctionsandpragmaticmeaningsbesideslinguisticformswiththeachievementsmademostlyinthestudiesoftranslationofpracticalwritings．However，therestillexistsomeweaknessesintheprescriptiveresearch，l-ikethelackofproperdescriptionsofthetranslation-cond-itioningfactorsandtheconditionsforapplyingtranslationstrategies．Thedescriptiveresearchoftranslationstrategiescametoasuddenemergenceandhasdevelopedrapidly．Butitalsohassomeproblems，suchasthemonotonousne-ssinitsresearchmethodsandtheinsufficiencyinitsobje-ctivity．Thetheoreticalresearchhasmadecertainachieve-mentsinprobingintoforeigntranslationstrategytheories，thefactorsconditioningthechoiceoftranslationstrateg-ies，andtranslationstrategyontology．Basedontheanalys-esoftheexistingproblems，thepapermakesseveralsug-gestionsonfuturestudyoftranslationstrategies．
