Abstract
Thequalityoftheproductandtheheatconsumptionaredirectlyaffectedbytheandoperationlevelofthetunnelkilns.Inordertoaccomplishthetargetofqualityandhighquantityandlowheatconsumption,itisimportantinpractice
theorytocarryoutthesimulationstudyofheatprocessintunnelkilns.
Onthetheoriesofheatprocessintunnelkilnsandonthebasisofnumericalheat
allusiontothecourseofHeat—agglomeratingprocessofthewareintunnel
dynamicmodeloftunnelkilnisestablished.Accordingtothemodel,numerical
associatedwitha120 m longtunnelkilnthatisusedforfiringclaybricksare
largequantitiesofdataisobtained.
Thenumericalsimulationresultsdisclosethatthedynamiccharacteristicoftunnelisdominatedbythetransientheatconductionbetweenwaresandliningbrick.This
featuredeterminesthetunnelkilnbehavior,suchasfuelconsumption,heat
andheatloss,etc.
Inarticle,throughtheanalysisoftheinfluenceformleakagegasandliningbrick
tothetemperaturedifferenceandthefuelconsumption,theconclusionthat
gasandliningbrickstructurearealldistinctfactorsaffectingthethetemperatureandthefuelconsumption.Especially,theleakageofgasisthemainfactor.
Thepresentdynamicmodelcanbeusednotonlytopredicttemperature
inwaresandinliningbricks,fuelconsumption,heatstorageandexhaust
alsotodescribethedynamicthermalprocessandguidetheoptimizing
andoperationofthetunnels.
