Abstract: The study was conducted to observe cultural characteristics of Phytophthora

nicotianae var. nicotianae, pathogenic of tobacco blank shank No.0, were studied to provide more information for relation study and integrated management of the disease. The study uses experimental medium, light, bacteria age, inducing agents and induction time to observe cultural characteristics of Phytophthora nicotianae Breda de Haan var. nicotianae No.0, such as the growth rate of tobacco, sporangium production and tour dynamic spores release ect. The results showed that: The 0.1% KNO3 and 1% glucose solution are added to cultured 21d oats culture medium dish in the dark by 26 ℃ constant temperature, after 72h culture, dump 12 ℃, 0.5h, most likely to produce sporangia and release of tour dynamic spore.
