1.播放录音,整体感知。
T: Look!This is Jack. He’s our new friend. Where is he from?
(通过学生自己的文本阅读,很快的找到答案。)
S1: He’s from Ottawa.
T: Where did Jenny live in Ottawa? Let’s listen and find the answer.
引导学生找到答案:“She lived in Young Street.”
T: Jack lived in Young Street,too. So, Jack and Jenny were neighbours in Canada. 出示单词卡,教授“neighbour”.
2.第二遍录音,学习单词。
T: Where does Jack live now?播放光盘,引导学生回答:He lives next to Li Ming. 教师接着说:“Li Ming and Jack are neighbours. They are in a neighbourhood.”教师出示卡片学习“next to”“neighbourhood”。
T: Does he enjoy his stay in Beijing? Why?引导学生通过读文本找到答案“Yes,he does. He likes Chinese food. And the new neighbourhood is nice.”学习新单词“stay”。
3.播放录音,模仿跟读。
学习show, around, idea.
指导学生语音语调。
