Abstract

Strengthening our country rural grassroots incorruptness responsibility system, in promoting China's economic development, harmonious society has irreplaceable positive role, and is also building a harmonious socialist society, solve the problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the important measure. In our country the construction of rural grass roots party with the social structure of the rural responsibility system, mode of production, organization form and interests of changing the new period, at present in China through the countryside basic responsibility system for incorruptness, find out the existing problems and analyze the causes and put forward scientific and reasonable measures, and the related theoretical results using to specific management practice, make our country rural grassroots incorruptness responsibility system effectively the implementation , to the current our country environment administration system reform, to meet current and future a period of rural grassroots incorruptness responsibility system management mechanism needs. This paper is mainly to our country rural grassroots incorruptness the problems existing in the responsibility system, analyzes the reasons and puts forward countermeasures to solve the line in this paper.
