Abstract
Constructioncontractisanenterprisethatisfullofhi曲risksbecauseofthebiginvestments,longtime,difficultconstruction,complextechnology,manyparticipatingpartsandnon—predictioninbuilding.Theparticipatingpartswillfacevariousrisksinevitably.Ifwedon’ttakepreventivemeasures,inadvance,itwillaffectthespeedofconstruction,evenbringsomebadeffects.
AfterenteringtheWTO,Chineseeconomywillgetgoodchancestodevelop
aaswellasfacetheenormouschallenge.Toopentheconstructionmarketisbecomingtrend.The
overseasrivalswhohavealargecapital,advancedtechnologyandscientificmanagementwillcompetewiththedomesticones.Thebetterconstruction
greatneedcontractmanagementisinones.Thereforeto
onlymeetingthe
theof,andtheriskmanagementisolleofthemostimportantstudytheconstructionprojectrisks,strengthentheriskmanagementisnotinternationalconstructionmarkets,butalsogoodforthebasicconstructionand
developingofthenationaleconomy.
To
howtomeetsthemodemconstructionprojectmanagement’Sneed,thispaperwillshowdecreasetherisks,lowertheloss,andgainthebiggesteconomiceffect,anditalsoanalysesandstudiestheproblemst0thatappearhthemaaagemeat.Thecolxtentsarethefollowing:
