I’d like to give you some information about the plans for this week. During your time here, you’ll

play at least 12 different sports. In the mornings, there are plenty of programs, but you will have a

free choice at afternoon. Now, clothes. You can wear your track suits for most sports although you should remember to bring shorts and T-shirts each day as well, in case of being taught. We do both outdoor sports and indoor activities. So please make sure that you have two pairs of sports shoes with you too. Lunches are served in the dinning room between a quarter past twelve and a quarter to two. We also have a shopping center where you can buy drinks, chocolates and biscuits. But a word of warning, don’t eat too much at the time, or you won’t be able to run as fast.
