立足指技融合的电子信息创新实验室建设实践

Abstract：In order to meet the needs of personnel training of finger technology integration in military colleges and universities，the electronic information innovation laboratory has been built，the construction function orientation and training level have been defined，and the laboratory has carried out open and hierarchical operation practice. The incentive mechanism and institutionalized management have been improved，the utilization rate of the laboratory has been improved，and the innovative and practical ability of the students has been cultivated.

随着作战样式、信息化装备的快速发展，指挥与技术的融合化趋势愈加明显，具有指技融合、一专多能，掌握指挥能力并拥有信息技术、电子技术和装备技术是新型军事人才的必备素质。为了适应新时期对舰艇指挥军官能力素质的新需求，打通指挥与技术之间的壁垒，造就一批指技融合的新型舰艇指挥军官日益成为任职教育的一项重要课题。为此，学院“2110”三期建设工程立项建设了电子信息创新实验室，目前该实验室已建设完成并投入使用[1-3]。本文就电子信息创新实验室的建设和实践进行探索和总结。

1 电子信息创新实验室建设

1.1 建设功能和定位

结合军事指挥院校人才培养的需求，电子信息创新实验室应具备如下建设功能和定位：

（1）承担电子信息相关创新课程拓展性实验教学

承担学院本科专业学员电子信息类创新培训课程和相关综合性、设计性、自主性实验教学任务，为学员提供实际利用EDA、DSP、ARM、
