When y ou're asked w hat y our greatest w eakness is, tr y to turn a negativ e into a positiv e. F or example, a sense of urgency to get projects completed or w anting to triple-check ev er y item in a spreadsheet can be turned into a strength i.e. y ou are a candidate w ho w ill make sure that the project is done on time and y our w ork w ill be close to perfect.
Weakness
* When I'm w orking on a project, I don't w ant just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project w ell ahead of schedule.
*Being organized w asn't my strongest point, but I implemented a time management sy stem that really helped my organization skills.
* I like to make sure that my w ork is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. How ev er, I'v e c ome to a good balance by setting up a sy stem to ensure every thing is done correctly the first time.
* I used to wait until the last minute to set appointments for the coming w eek, but I realized that scheduling in adv ance mak es much more sense.

* I react to situations, rather than to stress. That w ay, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.
* I actually w ork better under pressure and I'v e found that I enjoy w orking in a challenging env ironment.
* F rom a personal perspectiv e, I manage stress by visiting the gy m ever y ev ening. It's a great stress reducer.
