11. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws

of China, excluding its rules for choice of law.

本协议应按照中国法律理解和解释，但有关法律选择的规定除外。

Any disputes relating to or arising in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled in arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing in accordance with its arbitration rules.The award shall be final and binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

与本协议有关的或因本协议引起的任何争议均应通过仲裁得到最终解决。仲裁应由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会依据其规则在北京进行。仲裁裁决为终局裁决，具有约束力，并可在任何管辖法庭执行。
