6.This Agreement shall govern all communications relating to Informationbetween Nokia and the Recipient during the period from the date of this Agreement to the date on which the Recipient receives a written notice from Nokia stating that subsequent communications shall not be so governed.

本协议适用于N和接受方之间在自本协议签订日起至接受方从收到N的书面通知告知其日后的交流不再适用本协议之日的期间内交流的信息。

7.Neither this Agreement nor disclosure of Information shall constitute or imply any promise or intention to make any purchase of products or services by Nokia or any commitment by Nokia with respect to the present or future marketing of any product or service or any promise or intention to enter into any other business arrangement with the Recipient.

无论是本协议还是信息的披露均不构成或默示N作出了任何购买产品或服务的承诺或意向，亦不构成或默示N就任何产品或服务现在或未来之营销作出了任何承诺，亦不构成N作出了与接受方订立任何其它业务安排的承诺或意向。

8.No license to the Recipient, under any trademark, patent, copyright or any other intellectual property right, is either granted or implied by the conveying of Information to the Recipient. None of the Information disclosed shall constitute any representation, warranty, assurance, guarantee or other inducement by Nokia to the Recipient of any kind, and, in particular, with respect to the non-infringement of trade marks, patents, copyrights or any other intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties.

向接受方传达信息并不等于授予该方或默示该方获得了任何商标、专利、著作权或任何其它知识产权的许可。披露的任何信息均不构成N对接受方作出的任何陈述、保证、保障、担保或其它诱因，特别是有关未侵犯第三方商标、专利、著作权或任何其它知识产权或其它权利的陈述、保证、保障、担保或其它诱因。

9.All material embodying Information or relevant or related thereto whether or not supplied by Nokia, including, without limitation, rejected drawings, scrap papers, photographic negatives, or computer input or output, and including all copies of any kind shall be returned or destroyed upon written request of Nokia.

一切含有信息或与信息有关之材料，不管是否由N提供，包括但不限于退弃的图纸、废弃的纸张、照片底片、电脑输入或输出数据（包括任何复制本），经N书面要求后均应予以退还或销毁。

10.The Recipient shall adhere to any relevant export control laws and regulations with respect to the Information or products received from Nokia.

接受方应遵守与得自N的信息或产品有关的任何出口管制法律和法规。
