转氨酶试验(5)

酒精性脂肪肝，非酒精性脂肪肝时，其值可为正常，或轻度升高。单一转氨酶对慢性肝脏疾病诊断价值较低，可通过检测AST/ALT比值，对疾病进行疾病进行辅助诊断。且可通过血清转氨酶的连续检测，对疾病病程预后进行评价。需要指出的是，将肝功能试验进行组合，联合使用敏感度较高的试验对肝脏疾病进行筛查检验，从而避免其结果为假阴性的可能。
