释表型变异的1.74%~13.30%遥其中qFE-16-1能够在两个亚群体的2个环境中同时检测到袁位于相同的区间内袁解释的表型变异分别为13.30%尧12.82%袁是能够稳定遗传的QTL遥其余的QTL只能在同一个亚群体的一个环境中检测到遥除了qFE-16-1的增效基因来自613外袁其余5个QTL的增效基因均来自R55

综合三个亚群体5个纤维品质性状QTL分析结果发现袁有5个QTL能在两个或两个以上的环境中同时检测到袁且贡献率较高袁能够稳定遗传遥其中与纤维长度相关的3个袁与麦克隆值相关的1个袁与伸长率相关的1个袁增效基因均来自613遥这也说明了父本材料613的纤维品质性状优良袁生产上有进一步利用的价值
