摘要:为提高堆肥中难溶性磷的转化及堆料的降解效率,选取课题组前期筛选、驯化的4株耐高温解无机磷菌(X。,x:,X,和x.)和2株纤维素降解菌(x,和X。),采用均匀设计对不同配比的菌株进行液体发酵培养,通过对发酵培养后解磷能力的指标分析,优选复合菌配比.经均匀设计软件及DPS数据处理系统优化的结果表明,最佳的菌剂配比:妒(X。)=13.66%,妒(x2)=11.36%,妒(X,)=11.4l%,妒(X.)=13.61%,妒(X,)=10.62%,妒(X6)=39.34%.回归后的配方所得解磷总量实测平均值(230.12mg/L)与理论值(228.75mg/L)基本一致.将优化的组合菌剂接种到纤维素液体发酵培养基中,培养168h后CMCase酶活性高达39.76
