Inthesystemofcityemergencymanagement,thecityemergencylogisticscomprisedofemergencysuccormaterialsreperto2ryandemergencydistributionnetworkplaysanimportantpartinsecurityandtherapidflowofemergencysuccormaterials.Toimprovethecityemergencymanagementeffectively,thecityemergencymanagementpatternandemergencymanagementnet2workmodelareanalyzedsystemically;majorhazardsareconductedastheresearchobject,themutualstructureofcityemer2gencymanagementnetworkandcityemergencylogisticsnetworkisemphasized,whichfulfilledthesharebetweeninformationresourceandemergencysuccormaterials,aswellastheeffectiveintegrationofinformationflowandlogisticsinthesystemofcityemergencymanagement.

Thereverselogisticsoperationalefficiencydependsonandislimitedbyitsnetworkstructure.Consideringtheattributesofelectronicreturnsandtheirpracticaloperationalmodelaswellasobligationsofthelaw,ageneralelectronicreturnsreverselo2gisticsnetworkstructureisdesigned.Furthermore,thevarietyformsofthenetworkstructureareanalyzedbasedondifferentpolicyandbenefitsassignment.Ananalysisisalsomadeinaqualitativewaytoshowthatdifferentstructuresleadtodifferentefficiency.Finally,thispaperpredictsthedirectionforfutureresearchofreverselogisticsnetworkstructure.(8)Anevaluationonsupplychainsystemperformancebyapplyingthethoughtofeconomics
