Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemthattherearesomanyperformanceevaluationindexesmatchingtorque-converterwithDieselEngineforWheelLoader,andtheseindexesweightsaredifficulttodetermine,thispaperputsforwardtheoptimizationmethodonmatchingtorque-converterwithdieselengineforwheelloaderbasedonperformanceevaluationmeshfigure.Theperformanceevaluationindexesmatchingtorque-converterwithDieselEngineforWheelLoaderincludetheratedconditionsneardegrees、theactivationenergydegrees、theeconomiczonetolerance、thepowerdeliveryconstant、thefuelconsumptioncoefficientsof5,respectively,defineandcalculatethefivematchingperformanceindicators.Accordingtothesizeofthecalculatedvalue,constructtheperformanceevaluationmeshfigureaboutmatchingtorque-converterwithdieselengineforwheelloader.Thisfigureaimsatoptimizingtheminimumareaoftheperformanceevaluationmeshfigure,constructtheobjectivefunction,optimizehydraulictorqueconvertereffectivediameter.Theoriginalsizeofhydraulictorqueconvertereffectivediameteris0.360m,theeffectivediameteroftheoptimizedhydraulictorqueconverteronwheelloadersis0.350m,theoptimizedengineandtorque-converterworktogethertoimprovethematchingperformanceof5.7%.
