cooling water adopts sea water. Closed circulation cooling water heat exchanger is designed plate type, cooling water pipe adopts titanium. The consumers of closed circulation cooling water are the following:

Turbine side: condensate pump shaft bearing cooling, MDBFP motor air

cooler, MDBFP oil dilute station cooler, vacuum cooling water, drain pump cooling.

Boiler side: PA fan shaft bearing cooling, PA fan hydraulic coupler cooling,

SA fan shaft bearing cooling, SA fan hydraulic coupler cooling, HP fluid fan cooling, ID fan shaft bearing cooling, ID fan hydraulic coupler cooling, steam water sample cooling water, slag cooler cooling water, coal spreading boost fan shaft bearing cooling.

Closed water system commission includes interlock protection test, closed

water pump trial run, system flushing and dynamic regulation and operation of system.

4 Plant status before commission

All equipments in closed circulation cooling water system, include water

pump (include motor), expansion water tank, heat exchanger, coolers, pipes, valves, electric equipments, are completely erected.

4.1 Valves (include MD valve and AD valve) in system are regulated, act flexible with correct direction. Not blocking situation happens to valves.

4.2 All related C&I instruments and meters (include monometers, differential meters, flow, fluid level gauge, thermometers, ammeters) have been completely adjusted and installed with correctly indicating.

4.3 The transducers, pressure switches, temperature controlling switches and fluid level switches are checked to be qualified with correct installation and cable connecting.

4.4 The related C&I measuring points of the system are checked to be correct. DCS parameters are corresponded with local measuring points. The data indicated are efficient and accurate.

4.5 The primary and secondary test of electric has been finished and qualified, the insulation resistance of motors can meet the requirement.

4.6 Motor shaft of closed cooling water pump has been fed with qualified lube
