1 Objective

1.1 In order to instruct and control the commission work of system and equipments so as to guarantee the system and equipment can be put into operation safety and normally, this commissioning procedure is prepared.

1.2 Check the Electrical, C& I signal devices and interlock protection according to this commissioning procedure and make sure the indication is correct and action is reliable.

1.3 Check the running condition of the equipment and system according to this commissioning procedures, check the performance of the system so that the possible defectives can be removed.

1.4 This procedure is an introduction document. Commission engineer can modify the contents, which are not proper for site situation. As long as the commission purpose is reached and function at performance of turbine generator unit is checked to meet the requirement of design and operation, then all reasonable test, check, measure and operation method and steps are allowed.
