贵州富硒土地资源的优势分析与发展对策

贵州富硒资源开发利用对策研究

摘要：贵州省分布大量富硒的煤层、岩石和岩矿资源，土壤全硒含量范围为0.064～1.326mg/kg，平均值为0.369mg/kg，高于世界（0.200mg/kg）和全国（0.29mg/kg）土壤平均硒含量，省内土壤局部达到富硒水平，适宜发展富硒产业。本文结合贵州实际，提出发展富硒产业的对策：系统查清全省富硒资源的具体分布情况，建立全省富硒资源分布图；合理规划，科学制定富硒特色产业发展的长远战略计划；突出地方特色，着重发展地方优势特色产业；加大品牌宣传力度，打造知名品牌。

Study on Se Resources Exploitation Countermeasures in GuiZhou Province Abstract: There are a great number of Se-enriched coal rake rocks and mineral resources in Guizhou Province, soils Se contents are within the range of 0.064~1.326 mg/kg，with an average of 0.369mg/kg,exceeded the soils average Se contents of the whole world (0.200mg/kg）and the whole country（0.29 mg/kg）,a part of soils reached Se-enriched level, and fit the exploitation of Se-enriched industry. This paper presented countermeasures to develop Se-enriched industry combined with the reality of Guizhou Province, making a thorough investigation of the specific distribution and building the distribution curve of Se-enriched resources in the whole Province; planning reasonable and scientific long-range strategic plan of Se-enriched characteristic resources; outstanding local feature, emphasizing on the development of local feature competitive industry; increasing brand promotion potency ,forging well-known brand.

贵州位于中国西南部，气候温暖湿润，属亚热带湿润季风气候，冬暖夏凉，全省山地和丘陵占92.5%。贵州独特的地理位置和复杂的地形地貌，形成贵州复杂多样的气候和生态条件，农业生产具有较强的地域性。贵州广泛出露含硒丰富的石煤层、黑色页岩，富硒资源丰富，发展潜力巨大，如何将硒资源优势转化成经济优势，成为拉动贵州经济增长的优势产业，是目前贵州发展循环经济面临的重要问题。本文着重分析了贵州硒资源的分布特征以及富硒产品开发现状，并对贵州硒资源开发利用提出几点建议，为贵州更好地开发富硒特色农产品、做大做强富硒产业提供科学依据。
