$ gedit $HOME/.bashrc

在文件后添加语句：

export NETCDF=$HOME/netcdf

export PATH=$NETCDF/bin:$PATH

$ source $HOME/.bashrc

4. 安装NCARG

安装包下载网址为/search?Type=Software，安装包为ncl_ncarg-6.0.0.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz

4.1 解压压缩包

$ cd $HOME

$ mkdir ncarg

$ cd $HOME/ncarg

$ tar -zxvf $HOME/wrfdata/WRF/ncl_ncarg-

6.0.0.Linux_Debian_x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz

4.2 创建.hluresfile文件

$ gedit $HOME/.hluresfile

添加下面的内容：
