浅谈森林资源的可持续经营策略

摘要

森林作为陆地生态系统的主体，是人类赖以生存的条件，关乎生命和生存的质量。在当今全球自然资源趋于枯竭、生态环境日益恶化的背景下，森林资源生态效益的价值越来越重要。森林可持续经营是通过现实和潜在森林生态系统的科学管理、合理经营，维持森林生态系统的健康与活力，维护生物多样性及其生态过程，以此来满足社会经济发展过程中，对森林产品及其环境服务功能的需求，保障和促进人口、资源、环境与社会经济的持续协调发展。森林可持续经营是实现林业可持续发展的最有效和最基本途径，建立可持续发展的森林资源管理体系是自然要求，也是必然趋势。

森林是陆地生态系统的主体和维护生态安全的保障，对人类生存发展具有不可替代的作用，是实现经济社会发展与人口、资源、环境协调的基础与前提，是人类文明的重要支持系统[1]。林业是为进行森林经营组织起来的，以进行木材、林产品生产和保护性资源经营并以后者为基础的一项重要的公益事业和基础产业，承担着生态建设和林产品供给的重要任务，是实现生态与经济协调发展的重要部门[2]。
