低温下制备易膨胀石墨的最佳工艺研究

摘 要:本文采用HClO4、 H3PO4、乙酸酐作为插层剂,CrO3 作为氧化剂,且符合以下最佳配比:天然鳞片石墨:HClO4 :H3PO4:乙酸酐:CrO3 =3g:5ml:4ml:2ml:0.5g,在

40下,反应70min,最后过滤、干燥制得的易膨胀石墨在200下即可膨胀,300下可达到320ml,明显优于传统硫酸、硝酸插层制备的膨胀石墨。

Abstract: The easily expanded graphite was prepared by using HClO4, H3PO4, acetic anhydride as the intercalation agent, the CrO3 as oxidant. The optimum proportion are as follows: natural graphite flakes: HClO4: H3PO4: acetic anhydride: CrO3=3g:5ml:4ml:2ml:0.5g at

40 and 70 min ,then filtered and dried. It began to

expand at 200. The maximum volume of expanded graphite was 320ml·pared the traditional expanded graphite using H2SO4, HNO3 as the intercalation agent, the expanded volume of expanded graphite was obviously better.
