从表中可以看出,电池瓦数比小于1时说明同一张硅片单晶要比多晶的瓦数要多,只要单晶比多晶的转换效率高0.5%,就可以保持住瓦数优势。正常情况下,单晶和多晶如果同时做到一样的瓦数的电池片,两者的成本差在0.2元/片左右,这是无法消除硅片间的价格差,也无法消除两者的硅锭的加工差的。
所以未来的竞争同样面积的组件单晶最好能比多晶高出5%-10%,而电池转换效率的提升是和成本相关,在此不做详细讨论。
