两毛钱,单晶VS多晶的生死战争
要想每千克的硅锭出片数增加,方法有二,一是提升成品率,二是减少切割槽距。减少切割槽距可以是降低硅片厚度也可以用更细的切割线,或是新的切割技术如金刚石线切甚至于激光切割。
下表中第一行为切片的成品率,第一列为切片的槽距,单位是微米。主表中的数据为每千克方锭的出片数(为计算方便单晶多晶都以每千克17.6mm来计算,计算方法:出片数=17.6/槽距*成品率)。事实上由于倒角的原因,同样槽距和成品率每千克单晶可以比多晶多切几片。

注:目前单单只是让硅片变薄并不是问题,但成品率还需提高一点,主要是电池工艺必须得跟上。当下主流水平还是50片左右/KG,研发中已能到60片以上了。电池环节目前仅仅只有个别公司可以小批量生产150μm厚的电池片。
