ABSTRACT

Now, with the rapid popularity and development of the application of the global network technology, the e-commerce has become an indispensable trading way in everyday life and a medium for translating information. With the economic and social development, the development of international trade must be combined with e-commerce. The late start and development of e-commerce which has not yet been used widely enough in international trade in China, will restrict the development of international trade in China. In order to become a big and strong world trading country in the 21st century, we must go with the tide, creating conditions to establish and develop our own e-commerce.

This article discusses the features of e-commerce and their impact on international trade, as well as problems in the development of electronic commerce in international trade, and the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide strong protection for the rapid development of e-commerce
