本文介绍三相异步电动机基于西门子S7-200系列PLC的变频调速与转角控制方法。
PLC在三相异步电动机控制中的应用,与传统的继电器控制相比,具有控制速度快、
可靠性高、灵活性强、功能完善等优点,为各种各样的自动化控制设备提供了非常可靠的
控制应用。它能够为自动化控制应用提供安全可靠和比较完善的解决方案,适合于当前工
业企业对自动化的需求。
目前,电力拖动是各行业生产机械的主要拖动形式;因此,三相异步电动机已经被广
泛应用在各行各业和日常生活等领域。随着生产机械的不断更新和发展,对电动机的调速
性能与转角问题要求越来越高。三相异步电动机由于三相异步电动机因其成本低,结构简
单,可靠性高和维护少等优点在各种工业领域中得到广泛的应用,但其调速性能和转角性
能都不如直流电动机,因此如何改进异步电动机的调速性能和转角问题,以提高调速性能
和转角问题,就显得特别重要。
本篇文章通过对鼠笼式三相异步电动机工作过程的分析,着重讨论了三相异步电动机
的调速和转角性能,尝试简单,有效的调速和调角度方法。

This article describes the three-phase asynchronous motor based on Siemens S7-200 series
PLC frequency control and angle control methods.

control, compared with a control speed, high reliability, flexibility, functional, etc., for a variety of automated control equipment provides a very reliable control applications.It is able to provide safe and reliable automation and control applications and more complete solution for the current demand for automation of industrial enterprises.
Currently, the electric drive is the industry's main drag production machinery forms;
therefore, three-phase asynchronous motor has been widely used in all walks of life and daily life and other fields.With constantly updated production machinery and development of the motor rotation speed performance issues with increasingly high demand.Three-phase asynchronous motor three-phase asynchronous motors because of its low cost, simple structure, high reliability and low maintenance, etc. in various industrial areas has been widely used, but its speed performance and rotation properties are not as DC motors, so how to improve the performance of asynchronous motor speed and rotation issues in order to improve the speed performance and the corner problem, it is especially important.
This article through the squirrel-cage induction motor work process analysis, focusing on
the three-phase asynchronous motor speed and angle performance, try a simple and effective method for speed and angle adjustment.
