废水处理规模为3500t/d印染废水处理。设计水质水量Q=3500t/d,BOD5=220mg/L, CODcr=1000mg/L,pH=8 ~ 10,SS=150 mg/L,色度650倍。经处理后应达到下列出水水质:BOD≤30mg/L,COD≤100mg/L,色度≤40, SS≤70mg/L,pH=6 ~ 9。设计采用水解酸化+接触氧法联合处理废水。处理构筑物主要有调节预处理的调节池和水解酸化池能够有效的降低污水的各项指标,为生物接触氧化池的进水提供了最佳进水指标,同时还有效的降低了污水的色度。

ABSTRACT
Wastewater treatment scale is 3500 t/d, printing and dyeing wastewater
treatment. The design water quality water quantity Q = 3500 t/d, BOD5 = 220 mg/L, CODcr = 1000 mg/L PH = 8 ~ 10 SS = 150 ㎎ / L, chromaticity, 650 times. The processed should achieve the following out of the water :BOD 30 mg/L, or less COD 100 mg/L or less chromaticity 40 SS 70 mg/L or less or less, PH = 6 ~ 9. Design USES hydrolytic acidification + contact oxygen method and treatment of wastewater. Processing structures mainly include adjusting pool, hydrolysis acidification, biological contact oxidation pool, pool the coagulation reaction tank, vertical flow sedimentation tank, concentrated tank, decoloring pool, pump house, dehydration machine room and the blower room and so on. For depth need to through the decolor pretreatment wastewater pool in regulating pool. Pretreatment of regulation pool and hydrolysis acidification pool can effectively reduce the indicators of sewage, the biological contact oxidation pond water provides a best water indicators. It also effectively reduces the colority of wastewater, the coagulation reaction and the second pond &, coagulation sedimentation tank is divided into two, with vertical impeller stirring device. Waste water after coagulation precipitation, in after decolorizing treatment can meet the requirements of water.
