实用放射学杂志 2006年 7月第 22卷第 7期J Pract R adio,l Jul 2006, V o.l 22 N o 7 , .785三叉神经瘤 CT、 MRI诊断同解剖对应分析薛 鹏, 弓 莉, 杨纪周郑州 450003) (郑州市第五人民医院放射科 , 河南摘要: 目的探讨三叉神经瘤 CT 及 M R I的影像表现与解剖对应关 系。方 法分 析 17例 经手术病理 证实的三 叉神经瘤的 CT和 /或 M R I资料。结果17例中颅后窝 5例, 颅中窝 8例, 位于颅中窝、 颅后窝的肿瘤呈椭圆 形或伴分叶 状改变; 跨颅窝 4例, 呈哑铃 形或不规则形。 CT 及 M R I表现有以下特点: ① 肿瘤实性部分略高密度 3例, 略低密度 4例, 近脑灰质密度改变 2例, 伴有囊状低 密度区 4例。② T1 W I均匀低信号 5例, 不均匀等低信 号 7例, T2W I均匀高信号 4例, 不均匀高信 号 8例。③ CT 及 MR I增强不均 匀明显强化 10例, 均匀强化 7例。④ 肿瘤沿着三叉神经并跨颅窝 哑铃状 生长 4例, 三叉神 经根增粗 与瘤体相连 续 3例, M ecke l 腔扩大 6例。⑤ 岩骨骨质吸收 3例。肿瘤边界清, 周围脑组织无水肿及钙化 15例。结论 法。 关键词: 神经瘤; 三叉神经 ; 体层摄影术, X 线计算机; 磁共振成像 中图分类号: R 739. 43 R814. 42; R445. 2 ; 文 献标识码: A 文章编号: 1002- 1671( 2006) 07- 0785- 04 CT 和 M R I是诊断三叉神经瘤的可靠方CT and M R I D iagnosis of Trigem inal N erve Tum ors and R elative A natom ic Analysis XUE P eng, GONG L i YANG J i- zhou , (D epartm ent of R ad iology, the F if th P eople sH osp ital of Zhengzhou, Zhengzhou 450003 China ) ,O f 17 cases the , Abstract O bjective T o investigate the CT and MR I find ings o f tr igem ina l nerv e tum ors and relativ e anato ic cha racte ristics M e thods : m .
