射线检验程序

1.0 SCOPE 范围

This procedure covers the methods, techniques and acceptance criteria for Radiographic Inspection of LUFENG 13-2 OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT PHASE ⅡPROJECT.

本检验程序包含了LUFENG 13-2 OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT （PHASE-2）项目射线检验的检验方法、检验工艺和验收标准。

2.0 REFERENCE STANDARD 参考标准

3.0 PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION 人员资质

Personnel performing the NDT testing shall be qualified and certified to NDT Level II in accordance with the requirements of SNT-TC-1A recommended practice and approved by NDT Level-III (COOEC) or equivalent qualifications approved by OWNER.

所有从事无损检验工作的人员均应按照SNT-TC-1A推荐作法或等同标准取得II级资质证书，并由COOEC NDT III 级人员批准或经过业主的批准。

4.0 EXTENT OF NDT NDT 范围

Extent of NDT to be carried out as per fabrication and welding specification, extent of non-destructive examination and weld NDT DWG.

NDT范围应按照业主规格书无损检验范围的要求及焊缝NDT图纸要求进行。

X-Ray shall be used for thicknesses less than 12 mm unless alternative sources can be demonstrated as providing suitable quality radiographs.

厚度小于12毫米时应使用X射线进行检验，除非其他可选择的射线源足以表明能够获得适当的照相质量。

Where steel plate thickness exceeds 40mm, or where practical testing difficulties arise, COOEC may elect to substitute UT for RT inspection subject to approval by OWNER

材料壁厚大于40毫米或检验位置有困难时，经过业主批准后，可选择用超声检验代替射线检验。
