射线检验程序
应当每天都对洗好的X射线的胶片,在一定的黑度下检查,来确认洗片过程良好。对于洗好的片子,应当检查黑度的变化,并将其记录在工艺控制图表上。高于或低于标准规定值,都应在图片上表明,并采取可以被监控的控制措施。如有必要,应当对结果进行分析。
The radiographs will be free from imperfections due to processing or any other defects that would interfere with interpretation.

Processing and storage shall be such that the films maintain their quality for a minimum of 5 years without deterioration.

6.6 VIEWING CONDITIONS 评片条件

Whether interpretation of radiographs is by the Company, by the Client, or by a third party, radiographs produced by the Company will always be initially viewed by a Company technician who is appropriately qualified and experienced. Viewing facilities shall provide subdued background lighting of an intensity that will not cause troublesome reflections, shadows, or glare on the radiographs. Equipment used to view radiographs for interpretation shall provide a light source sufficient for the essential penetrameter designated wire to be visible for the specified density range. The viewing conditions shall be such that light from around the outer edge of the radiograph or coming through low-density portions of the radiograph does not interfere with interpretation.
由COOEC拍的片子,应首先由COOEC有经验并且经认证批准的技师进行评定,然后由业主或第三方进行评片。观察设施应能提供柔和背景亮度、而不会在射线底片上一起讨厌的发射、阴影或眩光。用于观看射线底片以做出解释的设备应具有一个足够强的可变光源,以便能在规定的黑度范围内看到孔形透度计的基本孔或线状透度计的编号线。观看的条件,应能使自底片边缘以外的光线,或来自底片底黑度部位的光线不致于干扰对底片做出解释。
6.7 INTERPRETATION OF RADIOGRAPHS 评片
A Densitometer or density strip will be kept in close proximity to the viewer and a 'spot' high density illuminator will be available. All comments with regard to film quality and interpretation will be recorded on the film folder and on the radiographic report form.
