肿瘤坏死因子.d(TNF-ot)是重要的炎症介质,通过激活其他炎性介质和细胞因子在NEC中的连锁反应而发挥作用。Halpern等啪1发现应用抗TNF—o【后,回肠损害显著减小,NEC的发病率从80%降至17%。
粒细胞集落刺激因子(G.CSF)通过促进肠道黏膜细胞的增殖,加速肠道黏膜受损后的愈合,从而起到对肠黏膜的保护作用,预防NEC。Canpolat等¨¨研究发现,G—CSF处理组[肠道内给予100ms/(kg d)G—CSF,连续5d]的小鼠对缺氧.再灌注所造成的肠道组织学损伤较对照组轻。
近年来,肠三叶因子(1TF)被认为是肠道的保护因子。Shi等∞纠研究发现加入ITF后,NEC小鼠肠道黏膜下层和固有层仅轻微分离,损伤较对照组轻。
但以上研究目前均处于实验室阶段,是否对NEC的预防有作用及可否应用于临床仍需要更多的实验来证实。
