WhiletheLinGOERGaimsforbroad,precisecover-ageinrealisticapplications,theLKBplatformisalsobeingusedwithsmallergrammarsmorerelevantforeducationalpurposes.CoursesusingtheLKBhavealreadybeentaughtfor(undergraduateandgraduate)studentsatStanford,OhioState,NorthCarolina,SUNYBuffaloandEssex,andalsoattheEuropeanSummerSchoolforLogic,LinguisticsandInformation(ESSLLI-98,ESSLLI-00).Undergraduatestu-dentsatCSLI3havealsoimplementedthegrammardevel-opedinanintroductorysyntaxtextbook(SagandWasow,1999)intheLKBsystem,andwearedistributingthiswiththeaimthatitbeusedasabasisforhands-onexercisesandexperimentation.
